Today I start my journey to start doing me eating healthier and just being healthy all in all. So as my days go by I will be posting recipes and other healthy things I eat or drink and today I had the best smoothie even my five year old daughter liked it as well and that is also another reason why I want to do this is because I want my daughter to flow me on eating healthy.
Smoothie # 1
2 Cups kale
1 cup Almond Milk
1/2 cup Frozen blueberry's
1 whole banana
1/2 cup Frozen raspberry
1/2 cup Fresh Mint
2 Cups kale

This was one of the best things I could ever thought of doing for myself.
