I had the
time on my life I got to meet so many amazing chefs yesterday I got to work at
the main hospital in there cafeteria where it was really fast running high
pasted kitchen so much going on and so many things being cooked.
They had
me go over to the school on nursing bistro and there I had more hands on with
more amazing chefs. I got to run the sandwich station on the line for about
45mins. After that, they put me in back to help Sou Chef Sean plane the menu
for next week and get some stuff prepped for next week as well this will be on experiences
that I will never forget.
